The Missouri Ethics Commission has developed a web-based reporting system that registered
committees can use to file their disclosure reports. Any committee that is
required to file campaign finance reports with the Missouri Ethics Commission can
file electronically. If your committee meets the requirements under
Chapter 130 Section 130.057 RSMo (to read this statute click on the link)
then your committee is mandated to file electronically.
To file electronically you must:

Complete the PIN Application
(Pin Application can be filled out from the link using Adobe Acrobat Reader). |

2.

Print the completed form. |

|
3.
|
Have the Treasurer and Candidate (if applicable) sign the form. |

4.

Mail the completed (original) form to:
